Ogre 3D game engine, 3D Programming and related

Look around you. Look at the wall, the texture of it. Observe the light entering the room where you are at this moment, and imagine how complex this natural phenomena is – how we see the universe.

Now, try to view all this in forms of equations, algorithms, shapes and textures interpreted in your desktop computer, the simulation of reality – that is becoming closer and closer to what you examined when you started reading this page.

The job/passion (actually more passion, because a programmer in the bank that has a far lesser knowledge in general – with all due respect – and earns far more money) of a 3d programmer is just what we described, and is exciting, cool, and takes majority of your brain in motion – to create very realistic simulations of reality, create new worlds, and believe me, there is a great joy when you see your first 3d programme in motion on your computer screen.

This section is dedicated to the math of 3d, light techniques, shader tricks and anything related to creation of real time 3d graphics.
